Sridhar - Co-Founder & Managing Partner An MBA graduate specializing in Finance, Mr. Sridhar possesses a wealth of industry experience spanning more than 32 years, encompassing both equity and debt markets. He has held positions at prominent stockbroking firms, overseeing public equity issues, and over the years, he has developed a specialization in fixed-income sales.
In his prior roles, Mr. Sridhar worked with Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he led the Sales & Trading team and managed treasury sales for the South region, with a primary focus on fixed-income products. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, his most recent position was spearheading the Institutional Sales Team in the South for Tata Mutual Fund.
P. Balasubrahmanyam - Vice PresidentAn MBA graduate specializing in Finance and Marketing. With over 25 years of experience in institutional sales and banking, his career includes significant roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. At Kotak, he managed institutional clients, including banks and trusts, and focused on fixed-income sales in Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Later, as the Head of Priority Banking for the South at Standard Chartered, he oversaw client relationships, both resident and non-resident, in the key markets of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
Madan Kumar M. - Assistant Vice President An MBA graduate specializing in Finance and Marketing, Mr. Madan Kumar brings over 14 years of experience managing retail and institutional clientele. His expertise lies in growing the retail client base and increasing client wallet share over time. His responsibilities also include overseeing back-office functions and managing the client service desk. This combination of front-end client management and back-end operational oversight makes him a versatile professional.
Akshay G - Relationship Manager A B.Com graduate and CFA candidate, Akshay is a newcomer to the mutual fund distribution business. His primary role is new client acquisition, which is a critical function for growth in the financial advisory sector. In his role, Akshay acts as a financial intermediary, helping investors navigate the world of mutual funds by informing potential clients about various types of mutual fund schemes, including their features, benefits, and associated risks.
Ashwini C. Rudrappa - Manager, Customer Service Ms. Ashwini holds an MBA and possesses approximately eight years of professional experience. In her previous position at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), she was a member of the Investment Banking Team. Her core responsibilities involved utilizing tools such as the Bloomberg Terminal and other applications for risk analysis and reporting, with primary duties including monitoring credit limits and reporting any breaches.
In her current position, she heads the Service Team, handling client transaction processing, monitoring, and reporting, and liaises with channel partners to ensure service delivery and operational excellence.
Malashree - Assistant Manager, Customer Service An MBA graduate with a specialization in Finance, Malashree opted for a client-facing career path focused on service and operations. She possesses around five years of work experience in client servicing. She has been the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and effective issue resolution. She is also responsible for compiling and analyzing data to generate reports that provided key insights into operations and client trends.
Rasika Raghu - Research Associate A B.Com graduate and CFA candidate, Rasika Raghu is a fresh entrant into the mutual fund distribution business. She works in a mid-office role, a crucial position that bridges the gap between the client-facing front office and the administrative back office. Her responsibilities focus on client onboarding and product research, supported by tools such as Morningstar.
